Pastor Dan Jordan is serving as the West Central District (WCD) Superintendent of the Churches of Christ in Christian Union (CCCU). He grew up in The Wesleyan Church pastorate; his parents pastored four churches in Ohio during his childhood and youth.

Pastor Dan began his ministry as a youth pastor at Urbana, OH CCCU church. For 43 years, Rev. Jordan was the Lead Pastor at Xenia Grace (formerly First Church of Christ in Christian Union) in Xenia, Ohio. He began his tenure there in 1980 when the congregation of 12 attendees and led its growth into a debt-free ministry with a 15-acre campus and daycare facility. Since his election as District Superintendent of the WCD, Pastor Dan Jordan has focused on ministerial development, church revitalization, and multi-denominational collaboration. 

He has held numerous leadership positions within the CCCU, he served as the Assistant WCD District Superintendent for 15 years, including Vice Chair of the General Church Extension Board, where he oversaw church planting efforts. Member of the General Board of Trustees and the WCD Board of Trustees.

Pastor Dan is known in the Xenia community for his help in establishing Bridges of Hope, the city’s homeless shelter. He also launched a ministry through an annual car show that provides free oil change events for seniors and single mothers. 

He is a graduate of Ohio Christian University. He is married to Pam Carter Jordan.  Dan and Pam reside in Xenia, Ohio. Their lives are richly blessed by their two daughters, Maria and Angela: son-in-love, Chris and their grandsons, Chase and Bryson that live close by. When Dan is not serving the district or being a Papa or renovating their home, he enjoys all things concerning classic cars and hot rods.
